NASA is a joke.

With the comedian Steven Colbert winning the write-in contest to name the new space station module, NASA should really take notice. The vast majority of the public sees NASA as a bloated agency that wastes money on large useless projects. Some believe the Apollo moon landings were faked. How can you blame them? The space shuttle, the space station, now the new Apollo 2.0. Billions continue to be wasted while other, less costly but more effective projects continue to get sidelined. One can only h… Continue

Access to the "International" space station

Knowing years in advance that the space shuttle would be retired and the U.S. would not have the capability to transport humans to space, the President and Congress did nothing to provide the right resources to change this. Now with the Shuttle just 2 years away from concluding operations, the "new" NASA Constellation human access to space program is being delayed to 2014 and beyond.
Will the latest situation with Russia finally provide the incentive Congress and the new President needs to adequ… Continue

firing a missile at a spysat

It is curious that the latest event of the military announcing that it will launch a conventional navy missile to bring down the malfunctioning spy satellite comes at a time where Russia and China are trying to get the US to ban weapons in space. If the US had a more sophisticated way of bringing down the satellite through some of the classified programs over the years such as a laser, I would imagine they would do this in secret and not even be telling the public about it. Is the public announc… Continue

Obama on Space

The recent news that Barak Obama would delay NASA's current Human Moon missions by a few years came as good news to me. While I would rather he said he would just cancel the program outright, this move would hopefully end the program although I don't see Congressmen who represent Florida, Alabama, and Texas, letting him delay or cancel the program. Obviously it is not that I see this news as positive because I don't want us to get back to the Moon, rather it is because I don't see the current Ap… Continue

Space Solar Power Consortium?

http://www.vnunet.com/business-green/analysis/2202907/space-solar-power-closer-think

Anyone heard anything about this? With solar power on Earth making great inroads recently, beaming it from large stations directly from Space may finally be taken seriously as signficant investments in such a system seem close.

I love UFOs and UFO type propulsion systems. I believe it is the way of the future.Have you
heard of this company called Unitel Aerospace? They have
patents on a starship that can travel instantaneously to other star
systems by quantum tunneling through higher dimensions or hyperspace. It can also
travel through time and to parallel universes. The technology is based
on back engineering of a UFO sighted by the CEO Larry Maurer. Website
is http://www.unitel-qht.com/uni/ . Check it out. I loved it. I
believe this is one of the best way to travel to the stars. Tell me what you think of this technology? Please reply.

Hello, if you'd like to earn money for publications?
I started to blog on this site in order to get into the public media. My material is certainly interesting for the media in order to understand this need not be an expert, because I write with a view to the general reader.
But financial constraints have forced me to improvise.
For you to not be difficult to correct a short article or press release, translated automatic translator.
If my story gets in the media, you can take a half royalties.
I need only refer to me as to the source, and my signature to the article.

Thanks Ken...glad you liked my website. Just finished a project in my home studio, on cloth, approx. 8' x 8', a random starfield with thousands of glowing twinkling stars, a few "shooting stars" and a 5' long section of our view of The Milky Way. The piece came out great and it reminded me how flexible large portable canvasses can be.

Thank you Rip. And I visited your website and was amazed as to how beautiful your work is. I encourage everyone to visit his site to see how beautiful it is. I used to have glow in the dark stickers on my bedroom ceiling as a child. The amazing art you have created goes beyond what I thought was available today and could be done. Thanks for letting me know that you provide this service!
